Bowie Legacy Foundation Honors Class of 1969 Alum Jesus 'Chuy' Flores & Rhapsody Band with our 2025 Golden Bowie Bear Award for a Legacy of Music & Contributions to Bowie & El Paso, TX Community.

Jesus 'Chuy' Flores is an accomplished musician and lead performer with Rhapsody Band, one of El Paso's most established and in-demand live music groups. Chuy is known for his energy, talent, and crowd-connecting performances which included performing with 'Little Joe y La Familia' at Bowie Legacy 100th Centennial Gala in 2022 at the El Paso Coliseum. With roots in the borderland music scene, he brings a unique blend of styles that keeps every show unforgettable and always showing his deep connection to his hometown, El Segundo Barrio and his beloved Bowie High School in El Paso, TX.
